At Forbidden Planet International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion haul. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original boutique tags attached before sealing them in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
